Raj Infotech has a complete fully operational ‘Quality Management System’ called QMS  in place, whose sole aim is to provide quality at every stage of product development.  Raj Infotech has an all equipped in house Quality Management Group whose sole objective is to ensure compliance of various project activities to the Quality Standards of the Quality Management System of the organization.  Major Quality ensuring groups working at Raj Infotech are as under:

Quality Assurance & guidance (QAG) Group: The group provides guidance to the Product Managers within the projects life cycle to plan and conduct various reviews and audits.

Error Analysis and Process Group (EAPG): The group is responsible for conducting root cause analysis and monitoring defect prevention at project and organization levels.

Technology Management Group (TMG): The group is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing new technology/methods/processes at the organizational level.
